A young Xaela born to the elusive Dhoro tribe. Sora was left to fend for himself when his tribe migrated, his parents slain the night before when the young couple encountered a group of Dotharl warriors during their foraging.Having no relatives other than his parents, the tribe has left Sora to the Steppe’s elements, crying his lungs out which attracted the attention of a visiting Raen couple.Feeling sorry for the child, and being healers themselves, they take the young boy under their wing as their own. Sora sheds his identity as a Dhoro child, instead taking in the family name of his adoptive parents. His foster father gave him the name Akizora, as it was the time when they met the child, a morning during autumn.Sora does not remember much of his heritage, nor cares not for it. He thrives under the warm care and tutelage of the people who took him in. Under his parent’s care, he is given education and skills to continue the craft of apothecary.He is an eager student, having learned first hand how to bargain for herbs and medicinal ingredients in the markets of Kugane. He continues to hone his craft with creating tinctures and potions, trying out new mixtures here and there.Wanting to provide more opportunities for their adoptive child, Sora’s parents push him to enroll in the prestigious Aethereum University.Whilst in Eorzea, the au ra tends to laze about, enjoying his share of the conjury room to nap and avoid his upper classmen. Though he likes to fool around, Sora has been known to be a reliable healer and apothecary, making helpful potions that can sort out one’s ailment.
He has been told to smell of crushed herbs quite often, something that is a tell-tale sign he’s around.Despite the presence of the dormitories, the Xaela takes residence in The Goblet. Procuring a house for himself, there is gossip of his craft being sold with illicit intentions. Though there’s no merit to these words, more hearsays.One may take a peek if they are courageous, or foolish.

Herbal Medicine
   "It's only fair I'd learn how to do it."
As the successor of his parent's homegrown medicine peddling, Sora was raised among herbs, tinctures and poultices. Although steeped in Hingan tradition, he refines his apothecary through the aid of the Aethereum University.Bloodstained Memories

Having survived the murder of his parents on the Steppe, Sora harbors a deep-seated resentment toward the Dotharl tribe; mistrust that often extends to other Xaela.While polite and amicable, warming to such individuals requires time and patience, for his scars run deep.A Darker Side

Vindictive by nature, Sora has carried shadows in his heart since childhood. Denied the chance to unleash them openly, he nurtures that darkness in subtler ways—by brewing questionable concoctions, testing poisons, and feeding the darker edges of his curiosity.Playing with his Toys

Sora finds blind obedience intolerably dull. As a student in the university and being an aid to his family's herb peddling business, Sora is willing to offer his assistance and aid.Outside? He is quick to offer a hand when it suits him, but his aid often comes at a price—sometimes simple, sometimes crushing.

Sweet Reprieve
   "I get tired of the taste of medicine too.”
Since he's always surrounded by medicine and bitter herbs, Sora's tastebud has become so well acquainted to the bitter taste of the things he makes. He seeks out sweets after his tasks; having a soft spot for Hingan sweets as his it reminds him of home.Resilient Constitution

Due to creating potions that have dubious effects and not wanting to gain the Sekiseigumi's interest, Sora tries his potions on himself. As he crafts poisons from time to time, he has become resilient to some forms of poisons. Despite that, he keeps remedies and antidotes on hand should it bode beyond his abilities.Host of Shadows

Since running Belladonna, Sora has become entangled with numerous trades. Though he provides care as an apothecary by day, it pales in comparison to his tasks once night falls. He welcomes many but not all who enter pass through the same entrance twice.A Taste for Games

Be it dice, cards, or games of words, Sora relishes the thrill of wagers. Rarely does he play for coin—what he craves is leverage, entertainment, and the breaking of masks. If you're good, he might be a little generous.Patience is a Virtue

Having taught the manner of healing through herbs and poultices, Sora has learned the value of patience. In that same manner, it's his method in handling things. Knowledge is never enough for Sora—especially when it’s knowledge others consider dangerous. As Belladonna’s master, Sora thrives on connections. Information, debts, and secrets all pass through his hands, and few threads escape his weaving once he takes interest.
